  Principle and main function of frequency converter: Frequency converter is a kind of power control equipment, which uses the on/off operation of power semiconductor devices to convert the power of industrial power supply to another frequency. It can be divided into AC-AC inverter and AC-DC-AC inverter. AC-AC inverter can directly convert alternating current into alternating current with variable frequency and voltage. The AC-DC-AC frequency converter first rectifies alternating current into direct current through a rectifier, and then converts the direct current power supply into alternating current with variable frequency and voltage through an inverter.
