Reliable infrastructure
According to the requirements of design drawings, prefabricated steel frames and anti-corrosion treatment are adopted. According to the position shown on the construction drawing, the spare iron materials and prefabricated structure foundation are leveled. After it is found, the foundation is smelted into steel by electric welding, and iron materials and washers are buried in advance. The upper part of the main steel should be higher than 10mm above the ground. After the main steel is installed, the grounding should be firmly welded with both ends of the main steel. The welding surface should be twice the bandwidth, and then be reliably connected with the grounding rod in the tank.
Standard installation equipment
Before construction, organize construction personnel to carefully study the drawings and technical requirements, and fully understand the location of Jinan power distribution cabinet. Seriously study the construction specifications, and organize the workers to study the drawings, specifications and technical details. Technicians should pay attention to check whether the cabinet installation meets the requirements of drawings and specifications, and eliminate all risks.
According to the layout of the site construction drawings, the equipment will be placed on the steel foundation in turn. The verticality of the car body surface and side surface can be adjusted by a separate power distribution cabinet, which can be solved by adding iron, but the welding is very firm with no more than three parts.
When installing multiple devices, after each device is installed, the deviation of cabinet level and panel surface should be adjusted to meet the building standards. The wall-mounted distribution box can be fixed on the wall with expansion bolts, but the hollow brick or brick wall must be buried with bolts or pasted with bolts.
The box should be embedded in the installation, and the panel should be flat with the wall after installation. After adjusting the counter, fasten the section steel of the main board with bolts. Each kit must be connected to the basic steel mold, and the PE column in the box is effectively connected with the grounding bolt with copper wire, and the spring washer is inserted for locking treatment.
Check whether the line is loose due to transportation and other reasons, whether each step is fixed, and whether the electrical components are damaged. In principle, the control circuit should be checked before leaving the factory, and it is not allowed to adjust the circuit in the cabinet without authorization.
