Fujian’s first 500 kV intelligent transformer won the power quality engineering award.
Recently, Lili Substation, the first 500 kV intelligent substation built by Fujian Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, won the "China Electric Power Quality Project Award".
Lili substation is an important hub node of Ningde nuclear power transmission and Fujian power grid "the second coastal channel" and an important part of building a strong smart grid on the west side of the Taiwan Strait. Lili Substation started construction on July 25th, 2011, and was completed and put into operation on September 29th, 2012. It has been running continuously and safely for more than 200 days, with a cumulative power transmission of 1.7 billion kWh. All performance and technical and economic indicators meet the design and standard requirements, and good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
During the construction of Lili substation project, all participating units adhered to the guiding ideology of "safety-based, quality-centered" infrastructure management, carried out project excellence activities in the whole process according to the concept of "one-time excellence, natural excellence and reasonable excellence", actively introduced advanced project management concepts such as "leading by example", constantly strengthened quality process management, paid attention to the implementation of strong rules, and regularly carried out excellence consultation activities, which effectively realized the whole process quality control of the project.
