The box materials of complete sets of distribution boxes and switch boxes are generally steel plates or insulating plates, but wooden materials are not suitable. The electrical box and switch box shall be installed correctly and firmly, and shall not be inverted or skewed. The bottom of fixed distribution box and switch box should be more than 1.3m and less than or equal to 1.5m vertical to the ground. The vertical distance between the bottom of mobile distribution box and switch box and the ground should be greater than or equal to 0.6m and less than or equal to 1.5m.
It is forbidden to connect the power cord into the high-voltage distribution cabinet with bolts, and the distance between the electrical boxes should not be too far. The distance between distribution box and switch box shall not exceed 30m, and the horizontal distance between switch box and fixed electrical equipment shall not exceed 3m. Each electrical equipment should have its own switch box. Each electrical equipment in the construction site should have its own switch box, and must meet the requirements of "one machine, one brake and one leakage".
It is forbidden to directly control two or more electrical equipment, including sockets, with the same switching appliance. A leakage protector must be installed in the switch box, and its rated leakage action current should be no more than 30ma, and the leakage action time should be no more than 0.1s. In order to ensure safety, all distribution box doors should be locked, and other temporary electrical equipment should not be hooked or plugged in the distribution box and switch box, and sundries are strictly prohibited in the switch box.
The color of the external coating of the distribution box (cabinet) shall be electrostatically sprayed according to Party A’s requirements, and the coating shall be firmly attached, with uniform color, no wrinkles, peeling, spots, missed spraying and other undesirable phenomena, no obvious color difference and reflection when observed at a distance of 1 meter, and the surface shall be smooth and clean, without damage such as pits and scratches.
Other galvanized parts used in the box (cabinet) should also be free from peeling, spots, plating leakage, rust and other undesirable phenomena, and the appearance quality should meet the same requirements in the world. There shall be no sundries, dust, etc. in the box (cabinet). Distribution boxes (cabinets) are required to operate under the condition of three-level pollution, that is, the protection level of distribution cabinets reaches IP3X. All steel plates and sections used for boxes must be degreased, derusted and phosphatized before spraying.
Other metal parts should have anti-corrosion ability, otherwise anti-corrosion measures must be taken for processing. All insulation in distribution cabinets must be self-extinguishing materials. The power distribution cabinet must be inspected and tested for various electrical properties in accordance with GB05171-1992 and relevant national codes and standards, and the manufacturer shall provide the inspection and test data and effective inspection and test reports to Party A for supervision.
After the equipment enters the site, the handover experiment shall be carried out according to the electrical equipment handover experimental standard (GB50150) of electrical equipment installation engineering, and it can only be accepted after the experiment is qualified. The electrical performance of other distribution cabinets not mentioned shall meet the requirements of relevant national codes and standards, such as Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Electrical Engineering (GB50303-2002), Code for Construction and Acceptance of Low-voltage Electrical Apparatus in Electrical Equipment Installation Project (GB50254-1996) and Basic Experimental Method for Low-voltage switchgear (GB9466-1997).
