The manager of the company attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the fire accident occurred in Qingfeng Xianglonglin Furniture Co., Ltd. on June 24th was put forward. After the accident, qingfeng county Fire Brigade, qingfeng county Municipal Government, County Emergency Management Bureau and other departments actively and properly carried out accident rescue and after-treatment work. It is understood that the fire in Xianglonglin Furniture Co., Ltd. was caused by the aging of the line, which led to the fire in all three floors of the factory building. Due to timely rescue, no casualties occurred and direct economic losses were serious, which attracted great attention from relevant departments. The county emergency management bureau requires all enterprises to investigate the potential safety hazards of their own units after the meeting, and draw inferences from others to prevent safety accidents.
After the manager came back, he immediately called a meeting of production managers, safety officers and other related personnel to carry out the investigation of potential safety hazards in our company and discussed the rectification plan. Through joint efforts, 66 hidden danger risk points have been identified, 53 risk control points have been set up after discussion and classification, and hidden danger investigation risk points have been set up in each post. Before taking up the post, personnel in each post need to check the hidden dangers of the post, scan the code and upload it before taking up their jobs. For each workshop, the office and the production department have drawn up a checklist to regularly check the risk points, so as to comprehensively improve the safety management level and prevent accidents.
We should learn from the safety accidents. The first is management lessons. Every time a fire accident happens, the chief culprit is that the safety management is not in place and the responsibility is unclear. In terms of fire safety guarantee, enterprises should strengthen organization and management, form a safety culture recognized by all employees, put safety first, raise safety awareness, regularly check and maintain public safety facilities, strictly implement the responsibility system for fire safety, and ensure safe production. The second is safety training lessons. Irregular safety training, especially the safety production month in June every year, gives enterprises an opportunity to emphasize safety production, and enterprises can carry out a series of safety education activities at this time node to enhance the safety awareness of all employees and improve their emergency response ability.
Repeated safety accidents have made us find that there are still many gaps in safety management and emergency work.
