Box-type substation can also be called pre-installed substation. Box substation is a kind of high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage switchgear. According to a certain wiring plan, it combines low-voltage switchgear, transformer and low-voltage switchgear. It is a brand-new substation after civil substation. Because the box-type substation does not use oil, it fundamentally solves the equipment leakage problem of the traditional substation, and can realize condition-based maintenance and reduce the maintenance workload. However, what safety precautions exist in the maintenance process of box substation?
1. Electric shock prevention for box-type substation: check the title and number of the equipment before operation, and make clear the operation address. Before installing the grounding wire, it is necessary to check the electricity, and the cables and capacitors should be fully discharged phase by phase, and the monitoring personnel should strengthen the monitoring.
2. Box-type substation should avoid AC and DC low-voltage electric shock. The experimental knife should be intact and have an insulating cover, and the power knife should be disconnected before disconnecting the experimental power supply. Open circuit of the secondary circuit of current transformer will cause electric shock, so the permanent address of the circuit of current transformer shall not be disconnected. Insulating things should be used to take and put fuses and measure voltage on the secondary circuit of voltage transformer, and insulating gloves should be worn.
3. Box-type substation should avoid entering or boarding live equipment by mistake. After the handcart switch of high-voltage switchgear is pulled out, the baffle blocking the live part should be firmly closed, and it is forbidden for personnel to open the baffle blocking the live part privately.
Box-type substations are mainly used in residential quarters, urban public transformers, busy downtown areas, construction power supplies, etc. Users can choose box-type transformers according to the use conditions and load levels. In the design, as long as the planner makes a general wiring diagram and a plan for the equipment outside the box according to the actual needs, he can choose the specifications and models of the box transformer provided by the manufacturer, and all the equipment can be installed and debugged at one time, thus truly realizing the factory construction of the substation and shortening the planning and production cycle; On-site installation only needs box positioning, cable connection between boxes, cable connection, maintenance and setting value verification, transmission test and other work that needs debugging. It takes 5-8 days from installation to production, which greatly shortens the construction period.
