What are the precautions for the installation of high and low voltage distribution cabinets (panels)?
Installation of power distribution cabinet (panel)
1) Installation of cabinets (panels): According to the layout of the construction drawing, the power distribution cabinets shall be placed on the foundation steel one by one in sequence. The verticality adjustment of the cabinet surface and side of a separate cabinet (panel) can be solved by adding padding iron, but not more than three pieces, and welded firmly. After each set of cabinets (trays) is in place, the levelness and disk deviation of cabinets should be adjusted to meet the requirements of construction specifications.
2) The wall-mounted distribution box can be fixed on the wall with expansion bolts, but the hollow brick or block wall should be embedded with dovetail bolts or fixed with pull bolts.
3) The installation of distribution box should be embedded with a set of boxes, and the panel should be flat with the wall after installation.
4) After the adjustment of the cabinet (panel), the cabinet body shall be fastened with the foundation steel by bolts.
5) Grounding of cabinets (panels): Each cabinet (panel) is connected with the foundation steel separately, and the PE row in the cabinet can be reliably connected with the grounding bolt by copper wire, and spring washers must be added for locking treatment. Each cupboard door should be reliably connected with PE row with copper braided wire respectively.
6) The top of the cabinet (panel) shall be connected with the bus bar, and the bus bar wrench shall be used for fastening as required, and the contact surface shall be painted with neutral vaseline. When connecting the bus bars between cabinets, pay attention to whether the bus bars are too close to other devices or housings, and pay attention to the correct phase.
7) Control loop inspection: Check whether the lines are loose due to transportation and other factors, and fasten them one by one, and whether the electrical components are damaged. In principle, the control circuit of the cabinet (panel) is checked before leaving the factory, and the circuit in the cabinet should not be adjusted privately. If problems are found, contact the supplier.
8) After the control line is calibrated, each core wire is simmered into a circle and connected to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rims and spring pads. Generally, one terminal presses one wire on each side of the terminal board, with no more than two wires at most, and an eye socket is added between the two wires. Multi-strand wire should be rinsed with tin, and no broken strands are allowed.
